Team Zoot invites our Captains to Oceanside, California for a dedicated camp—a time to come together, strengthen connections, and align on plans for 2026 while cheering on Team Zooters as they race.
Set in one of triathlon’s most iconic coastal communities, this camp blends meaningful conversation, shared vision, and race-weekend energy. It’s an opportunity to collaborate face-to-face, build momentum for the year ahead, and show up loud and proud in support of the athletes who make Team Zoot what it is.

ACCOMODATIONS
The Holiday Inn - 2725 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad, California
COST
Zoot will pay for your accomodations for 3 nights in a double bed room. The hotel is located across the street from the Zoot office where many events will be happening. Zoot will also cover meals for the 3 days when participating in planned events

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
6:00 PM - THURSDAY - CARBO LOAD PARTY
Check into hotel and join us across the street at Zoot Corporate Headquarters at 6:00 PM for a Team Zoot Carbo Load Party. This party is open too all Team Zooters and their families.
7:00 AM - FRIDAY MORNING RUN
7 AM Shakeout Run. Oceanside expo. Depart hotel at 630.
TBD - FRIDAY - ZOOT PRO PANNEL
Make your way down to the Oceanside 70.3 Expo to the Ironman stage to listen to a Zoot Pro panel hosted by Zoot.
TBD - FRIDAY - TEAM ZOOT PICTURE
6:00 PM - FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER
TBD Location - Mark Goddard will be hosting dinner up near the Holiday Inn
SATURDAY - RACE DAY!
We have rented a house located right on the strand to set up a Team Zoot Cheer Zone. The house will be stocked with snacks and drinks.
6:40 AM - PRO RACE START
Meet down at Oceanside harbor to watch the swim start.
8:30 AM - DONUTS & COFFEE!
Mark Goddard will meet you at Parlor Donuts in Oceanside - 331 N Cleveland St, Oceanside, CA 92054
9:30 - CHEER HOUSE SET UP
Meet at the Team Zoot Cheer house to set up on the strand to watch the first Pro's hit the run.
10 AM - 1:30 PM TZ HOUSE CHEER ZONE
1:30 - 3:30 CAPTAINS MEETING
Be prepared to discuss issues and opportunities for TZ 2026 season. Located at the TEAM ZOOT CHEER HOUSE.
